Signal AI uses machine learning techniques to filter through external information at scale — generating real-time insights for its customers, including for reputation management and decision support purposes.

Its platform analyses more than 5m global news, blog, podcast, social and regulatory sources, serving up a customised overview of public conversations, market movements and issues that are important to the client.

It has a large number of high profile customers, including Google, Deloitte and many other Global Fortune 1000 businesses.

While PR and communications is where the company focused its initial product push, the platform has also been established as a tool for risk management for tax and compliance, and business development in financial and legal services. Its next phase is Decision Augmentation, where business leaders can gain insights from data to drive better decision making. The AI is trained to understand the unique decision context and give business leaders information they need in real time.

Edo joined Signal as an Engineer in 2018 and was promoted to Head of Engineering in 2020. Edo is open source enthusiast always looking for new challenges and cutting edge technologies.

Jo originally joined Signal AI in 2017 as a Sales Development Rep. She has continually risen through the Sales ranks. She is now an Enterprise Account Executive and was our top performer in 2021.
