Role

Who you are

  • 1 year of previous HR experience, preferable in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Strong ability to take initiative and deliver results 
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English. Italian or Polish are a plus
  • Great communication & analytical skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and G Suite on a daily basis
  • Nice to have: possessing experience using interactive HRIS e.g. Hibob and processing payrolls
  • Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information

What the job involves

  • Overseeing and issuing contracts of employment, amendment letters, ad hoc salary and bonus letters
  • Responsible for responding to general HR inquiries via Jira, Slack and email
  • Responsible for the Onboarding/Offboarding activities: facilitate HR Induction for new starters, setting up exit interviews or enrollment to benefits
  • Accountable for the monthly payroll management, working alongside Finance to meet deadlines related to this (This will be subject to review due to an ongoing project related to Payroll)
  • Uploading and editing the Confluence page when necessary with HR updates, sending out communications to staff via Slack & email
  • Minute taking during HR related meetings such as Disciplinary/Capability investigations/meetings
  • Potentially acting as the HR representative during the meetings
  • Support in optimizing new processes and tools in order to provide a great employee experience
  • Working on Local HR projects to assist with the People Ops strategy
