• At least 7 years of experience in technical programme management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical programmes

• This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional programme management skills
• You will work closely with the Head of PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of technical initiatives
• Technical Programme Management: Lead the development and execution of complex technical programmes, ensuring all programme components are aligned and integrated
• Develop programme plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor programme performance against established metrics. Ensure technical feasibility and manage technical dependencies
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior executives, technical leads, developers, and project managers
• Communicate programme progress effectively and proactively address stakeholder concerns
• Risk Management: Identify and proactively mitigate technical risks. Develop and implement risk management plans to address potential technical issues and ensure programme success
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve technical programme issues. Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with technical teams, programme managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical programme alignment and success. Communicate programme progress clearly and concisely to all stakeholders
• PMO Integration: Work closely with the PMO team to ensure programme adherence to established methodologies and governance processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO practices and tools, with a focus on technical programme management
