What the job involves

  • We're seeking dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to propel our hyper-growth journey at Hive
  • As an SDR, you won't just join a team; you'll be a vital force, accelerating our expansion into the UK (German/Italian/etc.) market
  • Your Mission: Identify and qualify prospective clients while shaping the cutting-edge processes that define our SDR success
  • This isn't just a role, it's the opportunity to be at the heart of a high-energy sales team!
  • Conduct targeted outbound and inbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate new business opportunities
  • Take ownership and qualify leads by understanding their logistics needs, challenges, and potential for collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Growth team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads
  • Utilize innovative strategies to engage and educate prospects about Hive’s offering
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
