Role
Who you are
- 0-3 years of experience in a project management/analytical position
- You have a hands-on workstyle, eager to make a direct impact
- Native level Dutch and excellent spoken and written English

What the job involves
- As an Operations Coordinator, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local ride-hailing operations that you can see in real time
- You will be working closely with the Operations team where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics
- Supporting all Bolt's business operations in the Netherlands
- Find and respond resolutions to driver issues and questions both in-person and over email promptly
- Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation
- Support the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality and compliance
- Analyzing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilization metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with other departments - Customer Support, Central Operations and Product
- Creating and optimizing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations

Bolt is another company in the competitive ride-sharing market that's trying to take market share away from Uber in London and Europe more broadly. They operate in 100 cities and have over 25 million customers
Their strategy is to focus on markets where Uber used to have a monopoly and then they come in with a better offering for drivers
Bolt has the ability to grow aggressively for now as they're well financed. They face a similar to challenge to Uber in that no company in this space has established a profitable business model that isn't propped up by investors with deep pockets. Creating a sustainable model that's better for drivers than Uber is the way Bolt can win
