• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Science; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Masters Degree, a plus
• 3-5+ years of related professional business analyst experience is preferred, or with a combination of software project management experience, and/or related software product experience
• Ability to translate business process or concepts into technical requirements (and vice versa)
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements based on the needs of the users
• Solid financial management and analysis skills
• Solid project management skills and abilities
• Ability to manage and prioritize across multiple initiatives
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
