The projects which are developed in Neurolabs are focused heavily on current research methods, therefore the development is fast-paced and constantly evolving. We constantly need to learn and adapt quickly to new approaches and check what would work the best for us.

As we continuously check new research papers and approaches, we are facing constant unknowns, therefore as a team we work together to learn from each other. All team members have different skill sets and points of views, which is a bonus!

Every time a new idea pops up in my mind, I can easily bring it up and have a brainstorming discussion with any of my colleagues. All the discussions are really challenging and you can easily understand if what you came up with is a good idea or not.

The work we're doing is genuinely cutting edge and to see progress being made is really inspiring. Each team member is committed to our vision.

Honestly the nicest people I've worked with. At the end of the day we're all human and what's great about the people in Neurolabs is that they actually treat each other like that, with empathy, fairness and kindness.

I started as an intern at Neurolabs and had the opportunity to build and work with an end-to-end computer-vision pipeline. Understanding the data, researching the ML algorithms best suited, implementing the solution and validating the value have allowed me to learn a lot about getting Computer Vision into production. I am still constantly learning!

When I joined Neurolabs, it was my first Machine Learning engineer job. I was surprised by the amount of trust and autonomy I was given, having decisions (such as the Computer Vision algorithm research direction and implementation for our solution) and a voice in the future of the product. I can work from the office or from home. Being able to work from home when you have kids is an amazing thing. When needed, I can take a break to help with the kids and continue the work later.
