Role

Who you are

  • Proven experience in outbound sales
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable)
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities
  • The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Candidates will be required to be located in Amsterdam or within 45 minutes commuting distance of Amsterdam

What the job involves

  • Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes. Identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals and closing new opportunities
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success
  • Growth mindset: Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry
  • Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer
