Role

Who you are

  • We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with extensive experience in performance marketing and Meta advertising, who is passionate about helping clients discover and promote their top products while utilizing and contributing to the development of our unique SaaS solution
  • Hands-on experience in running Google and Meta Ads (or you already are an expert 💙)
  • You already have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account or Customer Success Manager within the Performance Marketing environment
  • Business acumen and data analytics come second nature to you

What the job involves

  • Our Customer Success Managers work as associate partners to our e-commerce retailers and help them to make their businesses more profitable
  • By leveraging your Performance Marketing expertise, you will be responsible for the full customer cycle: from onboarding the client into our SaaS platform, to being their partner through strategies and success while providing analytical and business insight to elevate their ROI and revenue
  • We work with medium- and large enterprise clients across the UK and EU regions
  • In this role, you can learn more about the e-commerce business, strategise with clients, get data insights and translate them into action points, create the case studies and last but not least, you will learn more about running a unique startup which builds the future in e-commerce
  • The EMEA CSM team has 9 people with two amazing and supportive leaders for UK&CEE and for MEAA
  • The team works together, inspires each other and always looks for ways to enjoy the time together
  • Work closely with experts like , and the rest of our superstars across the team and the company

It’s a good time to be doing this - with eCommerce ballooning fast, and many brands obliged to create or boost their online presence, the demand for efficient internal tools is on the rise.

Whilst the sector has subsequently become rife with similar tools, ROI Hunter’s richly-featured platform (aimed expressly at eCommerce marketers) combines enough of them in a sufficiently integrated way that it truly appears to be set apart from the pack. They will, however, need to keep pace with the rapidly shifting nature of eCommerce to maintain this edge.
