Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations or support role preferably in a B2B environment
  • Highly proficiency with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, strong Excel and data analysis skills, ability to create detailed reports using Word, Powerpoint & BI
  • A good understanding of marketing/sales technologies, including the ability to implement automated workflows
  • A professional and effective communicator, both written and verbal

What the job involves

  • The SOA plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by managing and optimising key sales processes.
  • This position is responsible for collating, categorising, and managing leads data through tools like ‘Apollo’, LinkedIn Navigator and other sources.
  • Nsures that data is organised to support targeted outbound sales efforts, manage the allocation of leads to the appropriate sales representative, maintain accurate CRM records, creating and managing sales workflows via automation processes, building reports to track sales activities, supporting event logistics and overseeing the sales pipeline
