Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience in top tier consulting and/or management role in a competitive startup environment.
- You should have the ability to structure complex setups and stabilize as well as navigate through high growth phases
- You have a hands-on mentality, ready to work both on strategic as well as operative tasks – especially in the beginning
- You are a great communicator able to understand topics across different parties and to translate between different departments
- You are a very trustworthy and integral person
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You are fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills
- A strong skill set in project management, organizational and strategic thinking, combined with an analytical mindset and hands-on mentality is needed
What the job involves
- As part of the management team and right hand of the CEO, you gain insights into all decisions and actively drive key strategic initiatives, organization of deeploi´s internal operating model as well as finance and overall business administration
- Owning the development of the long-term corporate strategy and the department alignment via OKRs
- Owning the financing function ensuring smooth financial operations including financial planning and investor relations
- Owning the overall administration of the business including people operations, legal functions and compliance
- You set the structure and base for future success of the company
Our take
Deeploi is building an all-in-one IT platform set to enable businesses to streamline the entire scope of their IT operations, removing everyday IT-related pains and increasing the overall efficacy of IT teams. The rapid shift to hybrid/remote work environments has posed an increasing complexity in the SaaS environment, especially for SMEs. Deeploi’s solution will support these companies, so they are able to flourish in the evolving ecosystem and remain competitive.
The startup’s early 2023 seed funding round saw it receive a €3 million injection of capital, led by Cherry Ventures with participation from several top business angels. While it is currently focused on the Western European market, Deeploi is gearing up to launch its platform to a wider audience in June 2023.
