  • At least 5+ years’ experience as a leader in revenue or business operations resulting in a thorough understanding of best practices related to Revenue Cycle Operations processes and systems
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in Saas or e-commerce
  • Experience owning the end-to-end revenue and billing operations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Demonstrated experience owning and optimizing an international, multi-channel lead-to-cash process
  • Consistent track record aligning diverse teams and navigating through complex business change

What the job involves

  • As the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll play a critical role in driving Gelato’s revenue growth and operational excellence across multiple channels and international markets
  • Reporting directory to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will ensure that our customer facing teams are strategically aligned and equipped with the best tools and running the best processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate directly with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Finance to determine strategy, design and deliver enablement programs, implement reporting processes for the analysis of performance metrics, and influence alignment of all revenue operations
  • Drive continuous improvement by defining standard operating cadences within forecast calls, key metric reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Design processes and controls to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and reliability in the revenue cycle key performance indicators
  • Drive the development and implementation of scalable processes and systems to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the company's revenue operations
  • Own and optimize the lead to cash process with Salesforce.com at the center of a well-integrated GTM system that has one source of truth, easily produces insights and is optimized for end users
  • Manage and optimize the revenue operations process, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention inclusive of commercial and production partners
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product and Legal on pricing optimization and contract standardization
  • Support the business & assist the leader(s) in strategy, deal acceleration, operational effectiveness & other day to day support
  • Uncover areas within the business to drive performance improvements that unlock productivity & accelerate revenue
  • Support annual planning cycles and own ongoing administration of compensation plans, quota design, revenue forecasting and territory management. You will own the revenue forecast and financial/strategic annual plan
  • Supporting sales leadership to build systems for sales enablement and systems training. Build systems to track and report out on customer health
  • Data driven analysis across the entire revenue lifecycle leading to tactical areas of improvement that drive results
