Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making, with a particular focus on marketing and client related areas leading dynamic complex metrics based forecasting and modeling
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years experience and proven track record in FP&A or Strategic Finance with direct experience supporting a growing marketing organization with focus on growth metrics and revenue
  • Previous direct people management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of financial markets and strong passion in cryptocurrency
  • Experience in global organizations
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking, analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships across all levels of management, and to work collaboratively and independently
  • Effective at communicating complex topics and influencing others
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent financial modeling and G-suite capabilities
  • Expert knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Problem solving and investigative skills, coupled with a creative analytical orientation

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, Finance (Marketing & Growth) join our team
  • This critical leadership role will support our marketing, client, compliance and related GTM teams, providing strategic financial analysis, partnership and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization
  • Proactively develop and maintain deep, meaningful business partner relationships within Marketing, Client Engagement, Compliance, Regional Teams and broadly across the organization, fostering trust and collaboration to drive results
  • Partner with the Marketing and Data teams to develop and implement marketing KPIs (LTV, CAC) to assess the ROI of various marketing campaigns and incrementality of marketing performance across verticals
  • Work with CE leadership on robust capacity planning and scenario modeling through detailed drivers based modeling
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage headcount, marketing programs, and spend
  • Analyze operating and financial results, including analysis of monthly trends and drivers, using insights to update the forecast, or highlight areas of potential concern with appropriate recommendations
  • Act as the financial point of connection and analysis across client segments, products, and geographies and link into a detailed and robust model for financial forecasts
  • Serve as a strategic finance business partner to company leaders across Marketing, Compliance, CE, and Markets
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
