What the job involves

  • As a Product Marketing Manager, your role is to guide business owners through the world of financial products in a clear and engaging way and help them realize the potential of our products in expanding their business
  • You have a knack for understanding their needs and pointing them to the right tools and solutions
  • You bring analytics and user insights together to develop and optimize the acquisition and customer marketing strategy to drive revenue
  • . You are passionate about finding a solution for our service professionals (our Pros) and build delightful, on-brand experiences
  • You are comfortable working cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, product, business operations, customer success, strategy & operations, and sales) to perform customer research, develop strategy, collect requirements, and manage asset production
  • You feel at home when using data to make decisions, whether through analytics, user research, customer feedback, or sales team feedback

Housecall Pro offers an all-in-one business management app for home-services professionals operating HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping businesses.

The resurgent home services market is expected to be worth well over $1 trillion by 2030. With the vast majority of businesses in the space either small or medium sized, there’s obvious value in backend software to take care of laborious but necessary admin in one place.

After five years as a Board Member, Michael Beaudoin became CEO in 2020 to help lead the company’s expansion. Considering that Beaudoin previously spent 13 years at the helm of highly successful home contractor marketplace HomeAdvisor, this seemed to be a shrewd move.

Indeed, the decision has been validated by the company’s 50% year over year growth since then, coupled with its major fundraising efforts and continued expansion within the US and Canada.
