Role

Who you are

  • We’re looking for someone who has experience in selling business to business, with related experience in a software company in the European market and willing to grow in a channel role
  • Speak an additional language (e.g. Dutch, German, French or Spanish) would be a plus
  • Sales experience in IT and/or SaaS market
  • Experience in the Microsoft ecosystem would be a plus
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Effective time management and organization
  • Ability to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Like to work in a fast pace environment
  • Like to take control and drive new engagement models

What the job involves

  • We are looking for Regional Channel Manager to join our channel team
  • You will be part of a worldwide channel team, responsible for planning and executing the partner program across the European region to achieve our corporate channel sales objectives
  • Develop existing partners with high performance potential
  • Ensure partners meet the requirements of their tier in the Partner Program through effective business planning and QBRs
  • Recruit new re-sellers including VARS and, MSPs in line with Exclaimer’s program criteria
  • Support on-boarding and enablement of new Channel partners
  • Work with Exclaimer Sales Executives to support growth and scale of channel business
  • Work cross-functionally. Communicating, collaborating and coordinating partner team priorities
  • Deliver value propositions and other key messaging to the partner community
  • Engage effectively with Exclaimer’s CRM and PRM tools to enable consistent forecasting and pipeline management
  • Meet or exceed quota for key partners
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Exclaimer’s products, competitive products and technologies, as well as industry trends
  • Review, monitor and report on partner led deals
  • Communicating product launches and promotions
  • Executing marketing programs with the help of partner marketing in order to drive leads from the field
  • Maintain responsibility for overall relationship management
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned
