• 3-5 years of experience with PHP and Symfony, using their various components and features to produce maintainable code autonomously
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) involving multiple instances or managed services
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Lead the development and enhancement of Observability features for products like Platform.sh, Blackfire.io, and Upsun
• Design, implement, and support software components to collect and process telemetry data using languages such as PHP, Golang, Python, Ruby, and Node.JS
• Participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and release of observability capabilities within our products, including system and application metrics, log management, and performance scaling
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate system and language extensions for real-time data collection, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility across diverse environments
