What the job involves

  • Join our dynamic People and Culture team as the Global Talent Acceleration Manager and be at the forefront of unlocking the potential of SharkNinja leaders to deliver more than they thought possible and support them as they build and lead unstoppable teams
  • Innovate Learning Solutions: Support the design and delivery of SharkNinja’s learning and development programs. This includes managing vendor relationships, executing global communications, and ensuring seamless program delivery
  • Lead Workshops: Design and facilitate engaging trainings and workshops. This includes leading our global onboarding program to help immerse new hires in our unique culture and accelerate speed to impact
  • Drive Excellence: Assist in evaluating program impact through data cleaning, management, and analysis. Provide actionable insights to enhance employee development and growth
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner across SharkNinja to build capability and amplify our unique culture across the enterprise
  • Analyze & Adapt: Monitor and refine People and Culture processes and initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing innovative modifications
  • Manage Projects: Create and manage comprehensive project plans, communications, and sustainability strategies for our programs and initiatives
  • Research & Report: Conduct research on various topics to support client interventions and provide data-driven insights
  • Excel with Data: Utilize large-scale datasets for system integration and statistical analysis, leveraging tools like Excel
  • Juggle Priorities: Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring high-quality delivery

Consumer demand for new and better home appliances continues to grow. SharkNinja serves this demand by designing and manufacturing innovative home goods and devices. Specifically, it has a growing line of solutions that consist of Shark cleaning and home care products and Ninja kitchen appliances.

SharkNinja has been in operation since 1994, which is testament to the quality and popularity of its products. Since its initial launch in Canada, the company has expanded into the US and the UK. In 2017 SharkNinja was bought by CDH Private Equity for over $1.5 Billion, further proof of its impressive market value. Perhaps more evidence is that it brings in annual revenues of around $4B.

SharkNinja’s main challenge is facing down big-name competitors such as home appliance giant Dyson. In fact, through innovative design, it seized the market-leading spot in traditional vacuums from Dyson and is only second to iRobot in sales of robotic models. A 2023 IPO saw an extra $296 million in funding added to SharkNinja's pot and was followed by product launches in new sectors such as air conditioning and food cooling, indicating that the company is still full of new product ideas.
