Who you are

  • The role requires a solid understanding of business to consumer and user adoption programs, data analytics, campaign performance measurement, growth tactics, and lifecycle marketing
  • Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years’ experience in demand generation or growth marketing with a focus in software/technology and/or FinTech working directly with clients
  • Digital marketing experience and expertise managing owned & paid channels
  • Strong strategic problem solver with the ability to bring thought leadership and guidance for the cross functional teams the role partners with
  • Experience both collaborating with, and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
  • Proven success in the development of impactful marketing communication across the consumer journey
  • Experience translating insights and data into consumer value and marketing strategy

What the job involves

  • The Manager of Consumer Adoption is a critical leadership position to help DailyPay achieve our revenue growth goals and objectives
  • In this role, you will lead the marketing strategy, planning and execution for DailyPay client and consumer engagement programs covering the customer lifecycle from coaching clients on marketing channels & performance as well as onboarding and enrollment through usage
  • Your team will be responsible for ensuring that key metrics and goals for client performance and user enrollment and usage are achieved
  • Design and develop the marketing strategy and plans for the company’s consumer engagement and adoption programs
  • Drive continuous awareness, and affinity, through effective and innovative marketing programs in partnership with our clients via direct (email, SMS, and in product) and indirect (display and social) channels
  • Architect winning go-to-market plans: Develop comprehensive and tailored go-to-market strategies for our SME & Enterprise clients, considering their unique needs and objectives. Collaborate closely with the deal team, including Sales and Technical Implementations, to ensure a seamless transition from pre-launch to launch
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and external employee comms teams to craft a comprehensive communications plan that amplifies the client's launch
  • Execute flawless client launch marketing plans: partner with CSM’s and launch strategists for client launch activities
  • Validate launch timing and monitor enrollment growth during the crucial initial three months
  • Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the B2C marketing team and Client Success Managers to evaluate launch performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage client insights to enhance our marketing toolkit and inform future go-to-market strategies

Multiple surveys suggest over half consider it an attractive benefit. This should incentivize adoption, as companies are likely to enjoy a competitive edge when it comes to employee recruitment and retention.
