Who you are
- Profound experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation within an agile product development environment
- Motivation to encourage and accompany change

- English Proficiency: Strong command of the English language. Any additional language is a plus
- Our tech stack is big so the more you bring to the table, the better:
- Experience with Cloud and Serverless technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks and methodologies (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber)
- Proficiency in API testing
- Proficiency with tools like Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler
- SQL server knowledge
- Experience with XML related technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Unit test and code coverage experience welcomed
- Proficiency in C# and TypeScript
What the job involves
- The process solution area is in a transition phase from manual to automatic testing
- We are searching for an experienced and motivated professional to support us in ensuring quality while we journey towards high automation coverage in our interdisciplinary software development teams
- You will be part of a small overarching enabler team together with the department’s Software Architect
- Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for all products within the process solution area
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites, building on top of existing frameworks and tools
- Integrate test executions into our CI/CD pipelines
- Become a catalyst for change by driving the adoption of automated testing and fostering a proactive shift-left mindset within our agile teams

If you've ever tried to source a part for a car repair, you'll know it can be a real nightmare. Vehicles are precision instruments but with a lack of standardisation, identifying the exact part you need can extremely difficult. TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
