Who you are
- 5+ years in Flutter/Dart
- Strong background in building consumer apps
- Comfortable with CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane & Github Actions, testing frameworks, and analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel)
- Eye for detail in UI/UX and passion for creating smooth user experiences
- Proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup
Desirable
- Experience with fintech or payment apps
- Knowledge of security best practices in mobile development
- Past work on viral or social consumer products
What the job involves
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing
- Optimize application performance for smooth, high-quality user experiences
- Develop reusable components and libraries to streamline development processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter updates, tools, and ecosystem trends
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to maintain app stability and performance
