Company mission

To lead the transition towards Net Zero here in the UK and abroad.

Role

Who you are

  • You are a Revenue Operations professional, thriving in dynamic start-up or scale-up environments. With a clear understanding of the transformative power of RevOps, you are an enthusiastic advocate for its ability to enhance sales functions by leveraging the latest insights, trends, and tools
  • Your expertise in analytics, reporting, and insights enables you to drive exceptional sales performance. With strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, and experience working with BI and analytics tools, you turn data into actionable strategies
  • You improve both customer and employee experiences by streamlining processes, embedding best practices, and implementing changes that have a measurable impact on revenue. Your passion for technology enables you to champion tools that create efficient, repeatable, and scalable sales operations
  • You have successfully delivered large-scale projects and driven organisational change by collaborating with multiple stakeholders, communicating clearly, and ensuring seamless implementation
  • While experience in building and supporting onboarding programs is a plus, your ability to measure new starter performance and improve processes is highly valued
  • You excel at bringing stakeholders together to identify and solve blockers, and you enjoy the balance of dedicating 70% of your time to core responsibilities while spending 30% tackling one-off challenges, blockers, and projects

What the job involves

  • You will lead daily operations and the RevOps framework within our commercial function
  • You will oversee the operating rhythm and ensure the creation and accuracy of performance data for both teams and individuals
  • Your responsibilities include owning and refining the process improvement roadmap across the entire customer journey, striving to deliver a 5-star service, while also enhancing the internal employee experience
  • Representing the commercial function, you will partner with the Product team to raise, prioritise, and deliver key initiatives. On a broader level, you will contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market operations for The Electric Car Scheme, as well as future products we introduce
  • You will take responsibility for a set of ‘no-code’ functionality and automations in our sales software
  • You will engage with external software providers to ensure that we access the correct tool and utilise functionality that can add value
  • You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) on product and project-related matters

Salary benchmarks

Our take

New cars and vans powered wholly by petrol and diesel will not be sold in the UK from 2030. Because of this, there is expected to be a huge shift in the market towards electric vehicles. In 2021, hybrid and plug-in electric vehicles accounted for just 18.5% of car registrations, so there is a long way to go.

From 6th April 2020 the UK government introduced huge tax savings for people who lease an electric vehicle through their company. The Electric Car Scheme makes it easy for people to access these tax savings through salary sacrifice, essentially offering the Cycle-to-Work Scheme - but for electric cars.

Anyone looking to lease an electric car can use The Electric Car Scheme to get the tax savings. That’s 32%-62% off of the cost of the car lease, which makes it much more attractive than petrol or diesel cars. The Electric Car Scheme has great tailwinds given the shift, and will be moving fast to try and capitalise on it.
