Our take

Niya's Social Mobility Network simplifies DE&I by connecting organisations to a global community of underrepresented talent and inclusion partners. It enables companies to mentor, train and hire underrepresented people at scale.

Its global community spans over 40 countries, and supports all underrepresented people, including refugees, ethnic minorities, women in tech, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, and physically disabled. Niya is now trusted by hundreds of businesses, including Trainline, Oyster, and Udemy.

Moving forwards, the company is on a mission to connect 1 million people to opportunities by 2050.
