What the job involves

  • The AWS EMEA Strategic Engagements & Comms team reports into the Chief of Staff for AWS EMEA, and is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Content & Channel Comms Manager to join our dynamic team
  • This role is crucial in developing and executing our business communication strategy, aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a cohesive understanding of the EMEA business strategy across the organization
  • Join us in driving impactful messaging that resonates with our diverse EMEA talent and supports AWS's mission and values
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business communications strategy that aligns with Amazon's culture, values, and business objectives
  • Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content across various internal channels, including intranet, email newsletters, and internal collaboration tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Internal Comms, and Leadership, to ensure consistent messaging and support key organizational initiatives
  • Analyze employee engagement metrics and use insights to optimize communication strategies and improve overall effectiveness
  • Oversee the business events and communications calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery to employees at all levels
  • Develop and manage leadership communications, including town halls, leadership messaging, and business-unit-wide announcements
  • Stay updated on best practices in employee engagement and internal communications to continuously innovate and enhance our approach
