What the job involves

  • You’ll design and oversee all operational elements for the Content Marketing team to support the delivery of content at scale
  • This is a global team that works with stakeholders across the business
  • Ensuring a high degree of organisation is vital to the success of the team
  • With a spirit of continuous improvement and a love of processes and systems, you’ll design, implement and manage effective processes
  • Support the content leadership team in coordinating key initiatives and project management support
  • Identify and implement the change on areas for business, process and technology improvement to maximise the impact our team has on the business and our customers
  • Create and maintain reports that track and show progress against the our strategy and roadmap
  • Take the lead to investigate and solve technology improvements/issues/risks with the right stakeholders
  • Be the conduit and relationship manager with key internal stakeholders to establish and lead an approach to how we plan and deliver content
  • Be responsible for managing the user access of our systems and technology across the team and ensure that we have the right processes and governance in place, to ensure our regional coordinators use it correctly
  • Complete checks and balances that the right processes are being followed and that the end result for our customers is beautiful and engaging
  • Ensure that we have global coverage monitoring stakeholder questions regarding content and our systems via slack and email and manage and respond
  • Timely support is provided to the Content team and stakeholders that is clear, insightful, and accurate
  • We have checks and balances in place to ensure we deliver high quality content
  • There is fast turnaround timeframe for any related tickets where your system expertise is needed
  • The quality, timelines and accuracy of documentation is excellent
  • We’re able to track, share and celebrate the successes we achieve through reporting of our strategic initiatives
  • You’re a fantastic team player who’s regarded as a ‘subject matter expert’ in the systems you operate/know about and seen as enabler to the teams success
