What the job involves

  • CrowdRiff is leading the transformation of the Destination Marketing Industry, integrating AI technology into our products. As a Machine Learning Engineer on our new solutions, you will join a Product Development team that will help fine tune foundational models and improve the quality of our content and reliability with our customers
  • You will work, learn, and develop with a very agile, nimble team which includes a product manager and small group of software developers who are all invested in your success. You’ll primarily work in Python with help from all of the managed services offered by Google Cloud
  • Our product has many interconnected parts which requires systems design thinking to build something that is useful and intuitive, while elegantly serving the needs of our users. Immerse yourself in the Destination Marketing industry and solve the important challenges that help these destinations and their communities thrive
  • Collaborate with other developers to develop data pipelines and architectures related to data collection, storage, processing, and analysis for our AI solutions
  • Conduct model training and hyperparameter tuning
  • Monitor and troubleshoot machine learning models to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Perform requirements analysis, working with team members of different levels and documenting solutions
  • Work with large-scale data sets and manage data flow between systems
  • Communicate your findings through quantitative data analysis and qualitative visuals and insights
