Who you are

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • SaaS/Tech based experience a plus
  • Comfortable in start-up/scale up environment
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers
  • You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every potential customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential prospects
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
  • Report to the Sales Manager on sales results

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investment has risen by over 50% in recent years - pulling around $500 billion per year - a trend fueled in part by collective pressure to invest in sustainable companies.

The company furthered its strong financial backing with its 2023 Series B, which saw participation from a range of existing investors while drawing in several new investors, such as Microsoft. Novata is set to further its market position as it furthers its product capabilities and partnerships.
