What the job involves

  • Develop a deep understanding of all customers (foremost our patients, but also our clinicians, our Pharmacy and Customer Service teams), and continually acts as a voice for these customers. Put a framework in place for maintaining clear channels of communication to customers, and in gathering regular feedback & input
  • Understand customer and market needs, analyse market offerings and competitor capabilities
  • Develop an exceptionally strong team of product managers and designers by recruiting, training and ongoing coaching driving relentlessly high standards
  • Create a strong product culture including: continuous and rapid testing and learning, continuous innovation, true cross functional collaboration and building empowered and inspired product teams
  • Establish yourself as a domain expert for each of our healthcare products, and develop a deep understanding of how we deliver healthcare to our customers
  • Work with the CEO and SLT to develop and champion a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap in support of HeliosX’s goals and objectives
  • Think strategically and build a compelling product strategy that includes a strong understanding of (i) who the customers really are, (ii) what it means to win in the market, (iii) how to differentiate as a product and company, and (iv) how to build compelling and remarkable products for our customers
  • Develop processes needed to run product development efficiently, prioritise product decisions, and launch products; Use product management methodology including short-term and long-term prioritisation to drive a comprehensive roadmap
  • Leading and measuring your strategy through a clear OKR framework that aligns with the wider business goals, tracking and reporting on targets, goals and progress
  • Monitor and measure metrics that are critical to the success of our products (e.g. conversion, retention, monetisation)
  • Work closely with our Engineering team to enhance and develop processes to optimise execution and maximise velocity
