  • Product Marketing Expertise: At least 6 years of relevant work experience, with 4+ years of product marketing experience focused on consumer products

  • In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of our online learning platform through innovative product narratives and comprehensive marketing strategies
  • This role emphasizes innovation, requiring an individual who can blend data-driven insights with creative thinking to influence product development and elevate our marketing efforts
  • You will help shape the future of online education, pushing boundaries and redefining the way individuals engage with learning content
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, aligning with MasterClass's brand and business goals
  • Influencing Product Innovation: Collaborate with the Product team to influence product offerings, leveraging market and competitive insights, as well as consumer research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation that drive business growth
  • Executing Marketing Strategies: Define audience, positioning and messaging, and packaging strategies for new products and features, and lead go-to-market campaigns for product launches and experiments to better match consumers with their needs
  • Analytical Insights: Use data and insights to inform decision-making, identify market trends, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact and ROI
  • Creative Campaign Development: Contribute to the development of fully-integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging insights and data to craft compelling narratives and creative assets
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of product marketing initiatives into overall product development and marketing strategies
  • Performance Analysis: Establish and track metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement
  • Team Collaboration: Support and collaborate with the product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence

For example, learning to cook with Gordon Ramsay, mastering tennis techniques with Serena Williams, and perfecting songwriting with Alicia Keys.

The streaming platform provides more than 100 classes across nine categories including sport, wellness, music, food, and business. Each class is made up of around 20 short video lessons, accompanied by a workbook and a members’ community.
