Our goals for our product are ambitious, but our teams look at the goals and commit to them. Whether it's a short timeline to ensure we get to market, or a challenging problem without a clear solution, I always find it's easy to get people on board. That energy comes right from the top of the organisation, and it's great to be a part of.

I love the transparency with which colleagues at all levels operate with. It brings our mission into perspective and allows us to move as a single agile unite to overcome any challenge.

I am trusted to perform my work duties when they are due but without micro management or strict working hours. This allows me to fullfil my family duties, whilst excelling at work.

We have doubled in size over the past three years alone and currently going after 10 x growth whilst revolutionizing the home improvements sector! The Executive Leadership Team here at Checkatrade are industry experts in their field. Our new CEO, Jambu, has set a very clear and ambitious mission for how we can grow as a company, and has secured the investment required for us to achieve this vision. It's great to be in an environment where the company knows where it wants to get to, but is open on how to get there.

We are a company with a secure customer base that is trying to achieve the level of change usually reserved for a start-up. We have a ton of resources to leverage, but there are also unique challenges to dealing with an established organization.

At the end of the day we spend so much of our lives at work, it's nice when you feel like all that effort made an impact. At Checkatrade what we do is help people improve their lives by helping them improve their homes. We know that at the end of the day people love their home more as a result of the service we provide, and that's very fulfilling.
