Who you are

What the job involves

  • The BDR role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to drive revenue growth
  • As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential small business clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our senior sales team
  • Conducting initial outreach via phone to identify potential small business clients
  • Qualifying leads based on their needs and fit with Glow’s offerings
  • Scheduling meetings for Senior Account Executives to close deals
  • Maintaining detailed records of your interactions and lead status in our CRM
