Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing revenue operations in fast-growing scaleups
  • Previous experience working for a scaling-up B2B SaaS company is a must
  • Multiple years of experience in revenue operations and leadership roles
  • Advanced skills in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot for CRM (or similar) and revenue operations management
  • Deep understanding of GTM, and levers which can be used for revenue growth and expansion
  • Proven record of design and implementation of GTM operational process together with GTM leadership
  • Proven record of designing and implementing sales forecasting & sales enablement

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership to our team of RevOps engineers and analysts
  • This is a hands-on role that will require a deep understanding of GTM reporting and revenue operations processes
  • Lead and manage the RevOps team, providing strategic direction and hands-on support
  • Improve and develop revenue operations strategies that drive efficiency across our GTM functions
  • Oversee the architecture, integration, and optimization of various RevOps tools and platforms
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics to support decision-making
  • Collaborate and consult with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and reporting needs
  • Mentor and develop RevOps team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
