Who you are

  • The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally and with our partners
  • 5+ years marketing experience with high-technology companies working with solution providers, distribution and technology alliance partners
  • Expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community
  • Experience in managing multiple partners of varied sizes to build marketing programs appropriate for their goals
  • Understanding of marketing across all different cultural dynamics across the Northern European region
  • Knowledge and experience with a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including field marketing, digital marketing, and events
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Individual contributor with experience managing programs and budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives
  • Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working with programmes including Salesforce, Tableau and other leading marketing applications
  • Willingness to travel to execute events, attend strategic partner meetings and support our partner business where needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Northern Europe to develop, plan, execute, and deliver a pipeline through marketing initiatives to, with and through partners
  • Reporting to the Marketing Director, Northern Europe this role will cover working with our top partners across the Benelux, Nordics and UK&I regions
  • This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of partner marketing strategy, campaigns, and enhancing our brand with partners in support of the company’s sales and growth goals
  • With a strong marketing and channel background, this role will act as a subject matter expert for marketing-with, selling-through and enabling these partners in Northern Europe
  • Additionally, this individual will work with a cross-functional team to further develop partner marketing strategies to drive demand and deliver pipeline to the regions
  • Develop and implement scalable partner demand generation programs in collaboration with the regional field marketing teams to build pipeline, awareness, and engagement in support of partner sales growth, expanding market share, and pursuing pipeline targets
  • Define annual joint marketing and enablement strategies, objectives and measures of success with a select group of strategic partners that increases awareness, market share, and thought leadership to drive sales growth through partners
  • Define and support the execution of the “partner to” strategy to increase awareness, market share and enablement of partner sellers
  • Build relationships with and work closely with regional field marketing teams and regional alliance managers to develop go-to-market plans that create and accelerate demand with these partners
  • Work with a cross-functional team of product marketing, sales enablement and regional marketing managers to ensure exceptional execution against strategic objectives and priorities
  • Set partner marketing targets and contribution goals to the business. Set metrics, analyze data, and be accountable for achieving the targets
  • Be an internal advocate for partners among key stakeholders
