What the job involves

  • The Senior Manager of Total Rewards in partnership with the Senior Director of Total Rewards, will be responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of global total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees
  • The primary focus of the role will be global compensation and recognition management with support for our global benefit offerings to ensure the company's total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals
  • This role will partner closely with the HR Technology & Analytics team, other members of the People team, Finance and business leaders
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards
  • Continued build out of our job architecture and supporting infrastructure
  • Conduct global market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation structures
  • Oversee salary surveys to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including promotions and off cycle salary adjustments
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on compensation matters to senior leadership and HR business partners
  • And any additional tasks required by manager
  • Support the administration of global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other employee perks
  • Support the evaluation and recommendations for improvements to benefit offerings based on employee needs and market trends
  • Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs that align with the company culture and values
  • Measure the effectiveness of recognition programs and make adjustments as necessary to maximize impact
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies to ensure employees understand the value of their total rewards package
  • Provide education and resources to employees on total rewards programs
  • Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving total rewards programs
