Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Experience working in Crypto, BD for blockchain Layer 1 or 2
  • Familiarity with and keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and web3
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • As a web3 Business Development Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our company's ecosystem growth strategy
  • Your primary role will be business development focused on identifying and nurturing partnership opportunities, building relationships with prospective partners, and laying the groundwork for our ecosystem
  • This role requires web3 experience and a blend of research skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset
  • You'll also represent our company at industry events, expanding our network and brand presence
  • Prospect and identify potential partners (web3, AI, blockchain) through various channels including networking events, online research, and social media platforms
  • Actively seek out projects to build on Sahara Labs and partners to integrate with our platform
  • Attend blockchain conferences, AI symposiums, and Web3 networking events
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to the expand partnership pipeline
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners
  • Research target blockchain and AI partners to understand their needs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies as well as co-marketing opportunities with partners
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including outreach and leads generated
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in Hubspot
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
