Who you are

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in an acquisition specialist and/or B2B sales marketing role
  • You possess a strong sense of ownership, driving projects forward independently while maintaining focus on achieving key objectives
  • You can effectively communicate in English and the local language, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are experienced in managing complex and varied agencies, navigating intricate solutions with all parties involved

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an experienced Regional Demand Generation Manager to join our London team and help us drive hyperlocal, top-of-funnel leads for Bolt Business, across Europe
  • As a Regional Demand Generation Manager - Europe, you will be responsible for driving hyperlocal, top-of-funnel leads for Bolt Business
  • Working with a collection of agencies, you will lead on defining and executing activities across core European markets to increase Bolt Business’ brand awareness and maximise our market share
  • You will be a creative thinker - driving initiatives locally such as, but not limited to, events, in-person activations, thought leadership and white papers
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive high-value top-of-funnel leads across assigned key markets and demographics
  • Manage specialist regional agencies, ensuring performance metrics are met and they deliver high-quality results
  • In conjunction with regional agencies build and manage a durable sales acquisition strategy, ensuring accountability and clear deliverables
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and agency performance, utilising data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content and materials to drive brand awareness, monitoring and ensuring these are localised and delivered with impact
  • Drive awareness in the B2B space of our product and service offering

Their strategy is to focus on markets where Uber used to have a monopoly and then they come in with a better offering for drivers

Bolt has the ability to grow aggressively for now as they're well financed. They face a similar to challenge to Uber in that no company in this space has established a profitable business model that isn't propped up by investors with deep pockets. Creating a sustainable model that's better for drivers than Uber is the way Bolt can win
