Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, branding, and visual design
- Proficiency in design and animation software (Figma, Framer, Blender, Media Encoder, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and animation skills
- Experience in the Web3 space or a strong interest in blockchain technology is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a talented and creative Mid-Level Designer with expertise in motion graphics, animation, branding, and visual design to join our team. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects, bringing our Web3 products to life with engaging and dynamic visuals
- Develop and execute motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms
- Create visually stunning designs that align with our brand identity and messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver high-quality visual content
- Design and produce branding materials, including logos, style guides, and promotional assets
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects and assets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into your work
- As the designer you will need to update and maintain it and also rebrand it if necessary

Our take
Web 3.0 technology has the potential to transform the way payments are made, by allowing money to be exchanged without intermediaries – simply, quickly, and anonymously – but it remains a confusing and fringe notion for most. Helio is building a platform to bring Web 3.0 to the forefront of online payment, with the ultimate goal to drive payment costs to zero.
Helio, built by an experienced team and launched in 2022, was created to tackle the archaic and expensive payments market which the company says is built on a flawed incentive structure. It can be embedded into websites or apps by using its API and libraries but, importantly, it can also be used to make no-code Web 3.0 payments, by users connecting their Solana wallet. Transactions are low cost, operate at Visa-scale speed, and are carbon neutral.
Since launch, Helio has been tested by thousands of projects and users, and processes close to a million dollars in transactions weekly. The company is investing in growing its sales and marketing teams in an effort to expand its partnerships with other platforms and marketplaces.
