Who you are

  • 5 + years of experience in HR, L&D, or a similar role, with a focus on onboarding and leadership development
  • Experience in end-to-end strategic program development

What the job involves

  • The People & Leader Development (PLD), Senior Program Manager is responsible for managing key programs across the employee lifecycle, including the comprehensive global onboarding experience for new hires
  • This role is to ensure a seamless and effective transition for employees from offer acceptance through their first few months with the company and beyond
  • You will collaborate across departments and locations to enhance the new hire experience, drive engagement, and ensure new employees are well-integrated into Personio’s culture and operations
  • In addition, you will also manage immersive development programs, including a quarterly leadership development event and future development programs
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the Personio onboarding program to ensure a positive and engaging new hire experience
  • Own the relationship with People Operations, IT, Workplace, Talent Acquisition and other departments to ensure all pre-employment and first-day tasks are completed smoothly and efficiently
  • Oversee the end-to-end management and execution of all development programs, including Leadership events, coaching, and mentorship
  • Own communication for core people development programs in partnership with experience & communication partner
  • Work closely with department POCs to understand their needs and ensure engagement in our core development programs
  • Partner with facilitators and SMEs to ensure content and experience aligns to vision and expectations for our people programs, ensuring we deliver scalable, business focused and performance driven solutions
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of our programs and areas for improvement
