Our Leadership team are such a key part to our success and are not only inspiring but also super accessible and hands on. The business strategy is set at the beginning of the year but it is communicated (with success celebrated) every quarter so the whole team are always in the loop with changes.

The projects I have worked on at Bark have been challenging in a good way! We are encouraged to find innovative solutions, but also keep it simple by using third party tools where it makes sense. I love the balance there.

Probably my favourite thing about Bark is that I am surrounded by super intelligent people. You can see by the recruits how the high bar to entry is keeping the quality of individuals and the team really high.

We're solving some really difficult problems which no one has cracked yet. How to productise services over a broad reach of categories, as well as creating a whole suite of tools for businesses. Also with rapid growth comes scaling challenges which I haven't experienced in other companies, so I constantly feel like I'm learning about different technologies and solutions

Bark has a real focus on hiring the best talent available and they pay accordingly. Our salaries are reviewed annually and I've had two pay rises since joining. The commission structure is also uncapped and really good

The business is growing rapidly. We were 46 employees at the start of COVID and will finish the year with over 100. It's such a great family vibe of hard working, incredibly talented people here. It's a great place to learn and a great place to make a mark
