Who you are
- This role is perfect for a player-coach who thrives in a hands-on design environment while also excelling in leadership and mentorship
- We are looking for someone who has experience building product in similarly complex companies, and who has therefore lived through the tradeoffs and learnings inherent in these environments. Experience building enterprise software products is a plus
- 5+ years as a Product Designer and 1+ years of management experience. Your current role may be either as an IC or a manager
- Experience with complex user problems, has built enterprise software preferably
- Interest in AI and FinTech
- In-office (SF or NYC) at least 2 to 3 times a week

- As a Product Design Lead, you will balance individual contributor (IC) work with team management, hiring and guiding a small but talented group of designers
- You will report directly to the co-founder and Chief Product Officer, and be a critical partner in defining product vision and strategy
