Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on international operations
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and multi-currency consolidation
- Experience in a tech startup environment is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and time zones
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Financial Controller that will manage our financial operations on a global scale
- You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with international regulations, and supporting our growth through sound financial management
- The main challenge of this role will be integrating financial processes across different regions while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our international operations run smoothly
- Run global financial reporting and ensure accuracy in multi-currency consolidation
- Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes for international entities
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for global operations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors across different jurisdictions
