Role

Who you are

  • Bachelors degree in quantitative or business related field such as Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, etc
  • Preferably 1-2 years experience in finance operations, business intelligence or operations role, ideally at a healthcare or high-growth company
  • Competency in SQL and Python required
  • Financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPivot)
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker)
  • Experience with Snowflake & Airflow a plus
  • Comfortable analyzing large, complex datasets (100M+ Rows)
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • A natural problem solver that is eager to learn and can work with minimal direction
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions

What the job involves

  • The Revenue Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Finance team’s existing forecast tools, as well as assisting with new feature development
  • The analyst will work closely with the Revenue Analytics Manager to enhance the data processing pipeline, develop new forecasting methodologies, and conduct rigorous revenue analyses
  • The role will be data driven, however gaining an in-depth knowledge of our business is critical to success
  • Take ownership of the existing forecast data ecosystem and be responsible for daily updates
  • Develop features that enhance forecast data and more accurately model our business
  • Optimize our data pipeline for speed and efficiency
  • Develop dashboards to measure forecast KPIs and visualize trends in the business
  • Work with the Revenue Analytics Manager to develop next generation forecasting methodologies using advanced analytical techniques
  • Assist with data mining for revenue related operational analyses on an ad hoc basis
