• Omada is seeking a Manager to join its Strategic Finance Team
• This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions
• The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers
• The position will report directly to the Director of Strategic Finance and will have extensive exposure to the executive team
• You will partner directly with our executives to forecast operating expenses, annual budgets and influence strategic decision making
• As a member of the team you will support key processes across planning, board reporting, budgeting, and ongoing operational improvements
• Serve as a finance business partner to our leadership team, including our President, Chief Marketing Officer, and many others
• Drive resource, investment, and forecast planning for Revenue, Sales and Marketing
• Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis
• Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization
• Support month-end close cadence and packages
• Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system
