Who you are
- 3 years of experience in Python, writing applications or scripts, including working with PyCharm or some Python IDE (Panda, Eclipse), using Python packages and running Python locally
- Experience with MongoDB and NOSQL queries, including familiarity with indexes and database standard processes
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and Kubernetes (CLI, deploys and UI)
- Solid understanding of development tasks tools (e.g. JIRA, GitHub)
- Familiarity with standard methodologies in software development (SOLID principles, writing tests)

What the job involves
- We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer to join our outstanding and growing engineering team at Workday in Dublin
- As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering extraordinary software solutions that empower our customers to succeed, while improving the evolving delivery process as well as infrastructure and services
- Identifying project risks and issues and providing change control process inputs
- Working on enabling features for new customers and supporting the implementation process
- Developing custom client solutions of HiredScore products
- Working on the development of multiple projects in parallel, identify design gaps, risks and ensuring completion according to priority,
- Designing automated solutions to support the Professional Services standards and principles
- Configuring new automated processes and developing new tools and infrastructures that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand
