Who you are

  • 5+ years of senior level experience with full-cycle sales with a track record of multi-year success generating pipeline and exceeding $1M+ quotas
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to build compelling business cases for strategic technology investments
  • Experience in HR Tech industry, a plus

What the job involves

  • As a vital part of our Revenue team, you'll play a crucial role in driving Greenhouse's growth strategy and helping the company meet its goals.
  • In this senior individual contributor position, your main focus will be securing new clients within a key segment of our business.
  • You'll manage the entire sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, contributing to the growth of our already impressive customer base of over 7,000 companies
  • Be a value add to an experienced and high-­performing sales team
  • Effectively guide prospects through a thoughtful, value-oriented sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals
  • Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Proactively manage your pipeline of opportunities to deliver timely, accurate forecasts and ensure clear visibility into revenue performance

In January 2021, TPG Growth acquired a majority stake in Greenhouse with an investment of approximately $500 million to support their commitment to improve diversity and reduce inequality in the hiring process.

Going forward, the challenge for Greenhouse will be the correct utilization of its software by its clients to ensure its AI does not amplify existing bias in the recruitment process. However, the company has addresses bias challenges and is making deliberate moves to negate this.
