Who you are

  • This role is perfect for a results-driven, ambitious professional eager to grow in the B2B SaaS space, with opportunities for career advancement, mentorship, and collaboration with a high-performing sales team
  • Experience and Results: 2+ years in B2B outbound/inbound SaaS sales, ideally in the enterprise space or complex sales cycles, with proven ability to meet quota
  • Enterprise Sales Knowledge: Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate longer sales cycles with account-based selling and other various sales techniques and methods.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with legal compliance solutions and social media tools like Facebook and LinkedIn is a bonus
  • Cold Calling Experience: Focus on strategy and execution of cold calling into Enterprise, Government & legal accounts - capacity to make 80+ calls/dials per day
  • Resilience and Adaptability: Competitive mindset with a willingness to learn, accept coaching, and thrive in challenging environments
  • Communication: Strong speaking, writing, presenting, influence, persuasion and/or negotiation skills
  • Sales Tool Proficiency: Competence in HubSpot, Outplay, and Seamless.io for managing sales funnels and prospect interactions

What the job involves

  • As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving high-value sales by identifying and engaging enterprise-level customers
  • Through strategic outbound efforts, market research, and relationship-building, you’ll connect with decision-makers at top organizations, introducing them to our archiving solutions
  • Execute outbound sales strategies to generate and qualify leads in the enterprise space
  • Research customer needs and market trends to personalize outreach
  • Schedule and prepare discovery meetings, ensuring smooth handoffs to account executives
  • Maintain CRM records to track sales activities and forecast pipeline
  • Represent the company at industry events to expand business opportunities
  • Stay updated on product offerings and company initiatives to effectively communicate value
