Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree, and MBA highly desirable
  • 5+ years of work experience in management consulting and/or corporate strategy at a leading technology company
  • Experience in enterprise software / SaaS highly desirable
  • Proven track record to manage cross-functional projects
  • Ability to develop deep trust-based relationships across different stakeholders
  • Sophisticated quantitative aptitude and problem solving capabilities; ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects and a commitment to improvement
  • Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal and external audiences

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a Manager, Corporate Strategy to join Procore’s Corporate Strategy team
  • In this role, you’ll support the development of short, mid and long term growth strategies for Procore and work cross-functionally across all departments to determine the corporate priorities necessary to enable our strategic objectives
  • As a Manager, Corporate Strategy, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the organization to enhance business operations, support the development of business unit and country-level strategies, and drive multi-year strategy
  • This position reports into the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy
  • Support the development of and updates to the Corporate Strategy and 1 to 3 year objectives
  • Support the development of short, mid and long term growth strategies for Procore and related needs to achieve corporate goals
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy to determine strategies for Procore’s core business lines
  • Support key corporate strategic planning processes and key strategic initiatives
  • Support the feedback loop to review effectiveness of the strategy and determine optimization where needed
  • Support recommendations to leadership regarding key strategic issues on an ongoing basis
  • Support strategy development for BUs, departments, etc
