Who you are

  • Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a BDR, SDR, or quota-carrying Sales role
  • Experience with outbound lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.)
  • Experience with prospecting tools & CRM
  • Experience in conducting calls with clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision

What the job involves

  • This role is a part of the internal full-cycle SplitMetrics Agency team and we are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and hungry for sales professional
  • As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in seeking out new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential customers
  • You'll work closely with our Sales team to optimize lead generation and a strategic sales approach
  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Set up and deliver outbound campaigns using sales enablement tools to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities for the business
  • Conduct qualification/discovery calls with prospects to identify their pain points
  • Follow up on new prospects to identify new potential needs
  • Generate and manage the sales pipeline by updating all activity in Hubspot
  • Experiment with new and creative prospecting strategies
  • Write email sequences
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth client journey
