Who you are

  • Someone with +5 years experience working in marketing teams
  • Experienced working in cross-functional teams with designers and copywriters

What the job involves

  • You’ll work closely with the founders, report to our CEO, and take ownership of the brand, creative and organic side of marketing

  • We are an app-first experience, meaning you will be in control of marketing a highly scalable product that can serve people across the globe

  • Write and own our organic and brand marketing strategy
  • Be responsible for creating our brand world with a high fidelity understanding of our users and target audience. Educate the team on this
  • Getting your hands dirty building zero to one experiments which prove our areas of the strategy
  • Lead creative across the company making sure there is a strong user understanding and creative angle to our work
  • Work closely with our Head of Content (HoC) and own our email marketing
  • Owning the website, working closely with our Performance Marketing Lead (PML) on Landing pages
  • Build trust in the company by overseeing reviews, SEO, ASO etc
  • Lead our PR efforts and use our proprietary data land coverage in the US
  • Run user research. Take insights from product to inform marketing and vice versa
  • We are building a team of people that have real ownership over the business. To be successful here, you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful

Half of millennial and Gen Z men struggle with psychosexual issues. Mojo exists to sexually enlighten mankind and lead a revolution that normalizes sexual issues and connects men to champion what sex and relationships are really like. The company are doing this with a medication-free approach.

Mojo's app is built on a foundation of science, data, and clinically-proven approaches from psychosexual therapy. They set themselves apart by being created by world-class sexperts, and the audiovisual content marks the next generation of sex education.

When founded, there had been little clear and useful guidance available to men, meaning that Mojo filled a real and important gap in the market. As a result, they have attracted 100,000 users in 115 countries across the world. They are also backed by two of London’s top VC firms and have raised the biggest sex & health tech seed in Europe.
