Who you are

  • 7+ years working in Sales roles, including 2+ years selling SaaS into Enterprise
  • 2+ years managing $1M+ quotas, $150k+ ACV deals, and 6+ month closing sales cycles
  • Proven success in both closing new logos and expanding strategic accounts
  • A history of consistently exceeding targets and raising the bar
  • A problem-solver who takes initiative when faced with challenges
  • Someone who goes the extra mile to strengthen pipeline, whether through mentoring BDRs or self-directed prospecting
  • A self-starter eager to build something special with a great team
  • Natural ability to connect with everyone from factory floor operators to Fortune 500 executives
  • Clear, concise, and authentic communication style
  • Genuine empathy and curiosity about customer challenges
  • Track record of growing accounts from pilot to full-scale implementation

  • Our team engages with safety and operations leaders to help them transform their facilities from reactive to proactive safety management
  • As an Account Executive at Protex AI, you'll be instrumental in driving this change, working with a passionate team that's dedicated to making every workplace safer
  • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission to make workplaces safer & more efficient
  • This isn't just about closing deals – it's about partnering with companies who want to lead the way in workplace safety innovation
  • You'll help safety and operations leaders understand how AI can transform their approach to incident prevention and operational efficiency while building lasting partnerships that expand from single-use cases to comprehensive, facility-wide safety solutions
  • Sell to the world's largest manufacturers, distributors & logistics companies to transform their operations
  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospect to close, then collaborate with our Client Success team to expand these partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with our dedicated BDR team while also actively driving your own strategic prospecting initiatives to build a robust pipeline
  • Become a trusted advisor to both front-line teams and C-suite executives
  • Spend approximately one week per month in the field, including 3-6 tradeshows annually, bringing our solution directly to potential clients
  • Be part of building something special with a team that celebrates wins together

Our take

Health and safety in industrial, factory and warehouse environments has long been bemoaned for how it slows work processes down, and for how imperfect it is. It often takes accidents to happen (or be narrowly missed) for interventions to take place, and as a result, thousands of people a year are still killed in workplace accidents in the US alone.

Protex AI is out to make workplaces safer by turning CCTV cameras into AI-powered safety auditors. Its software plugs into an existing CCTV system and maps the actions of people, vehicles and other equipment. The system can automatically capture and report on risks – ultimately allowing H&S teams to make more data-informed decisions.

Since being founded in 2021, Protex AI’s forward thinking approach has seen it expand into locations across Ireland, the UK and the US, winning major customers such as Marks & Spencer and P&G. With significant funding at its back, the company continues to scale to bring AI-powered safety to more workplaces.
