What the job involves

  • We are seeking an EMEA Channel leader to drive the execution of our channel strategy across both acquisition and partner management
  • Your success will be measured by both revenue and customer engagement targets related to partners' role in our customer journey
  • This role will report into Vanta’s VP of Sales & Partnerships and will be a key leader and stakeholder across the Vanta business
  • Drive the day-to-day execution of our EMEA Channel strategy
  • Lead a team in acquiring, activating and managing the programs around hundreds of Vanta partners
  • Own the onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction of partners, as well as the satisfaction of our customers as it relates to partner work
  • Deliver against monthly Pipeline, Revenue and Engagement goals for partners
  • Redefine our playbooks across roles to drive the next iteration of our partner strategy
  • Mature the role and jobs-to-be-done of our channel development associates and channel managers
  • Work closely with Vanta leadership to help define the forward-looking strategy for the evolution of Vanta’s partner approach in EMEA
  • Partner with cross-functional teams in Go to Market and Engineering & Product Development to refine and mature the partner and partner/customer experience
  • Advance the skills and careers of our managers and individual contributors
  • Represent the business and the leadership team to customers

Yet, the benefits of security accreditation are enormous, mainly as many such businesses are working globally and need ways to demonstrate security compliance to one another. Vanta works specifically with start-ups to help them complete and pass security audits such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

The company is a compliance portal and security monitoring platform that businesses use to assess their risk levels. Vanta carries out a pre-audit of a company's digital security and highlights areas that need to be worked on before a full analysis of all threats is carried out.
